Returns

All items can be returned. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that you would like to return the item and request a Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving the RMA you must ship the item within 48 hours. We will issue you a shipping label via email with the proper return address. We do not pay postage for returns. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged. Once the item is received your account will be credited in full.

Shipping

We ship daily during normal business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please allow us up to 5 business days to ship. If there is a longer delay you will be notified.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Items ship by weight, not volume. While pods may vary in size and shape, shipping rates are identical for all items. You are responsible for any customs, duties, delays or other issues in your country of destination, and we can not be held responsible for customs delays or other unforeseen delays if you need the items in a hurry.
